From our first encounter Jenny provided me professional support beyond anything I’d experienced before. Most recently in my role as GM of P&C we have had a number of hard to fill and rapid recruitment positons, and Jenny has been our saviour placing multiple key roles at our organisation from clinicians to management, from Bayswater to Ipswich. This has helped build our brand in the market place, and staff who are successful in their appointments, start in the most positive way.
Of particular interest has been Jenny’s ability to welcome applications and support new recruits from inclusive lens. This is particularly important for our organisation as we aspire to build an inclusive workforce. We have seen a significant increase in our employment of people who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Straight Islanders, as well as those who have lived experience and/or disabilities.
Jenny offers a genuine approach to helping people achieve meaningful career pathways, always shows a commitment over and above “normal” office hours in providing service to both candidates and clients. Her honesty in dealing with clients and passion to helping the community sector succeed is done with a great sense of humour and good natured approach in dealings with everyone.
