Our client, a specialist in residential property sales, is looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Consultant to join their team in South Melbourne. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects with uncapped earnings and a generous commission structure.
As a Sales Consultant, the successful candidate will use existing and procured databases to grow lead generation to budgeted levels as well as generating new qualified applicants.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Achieve sales of off the plan and completed residential properties
- Build relationships with exciting clients and securing referrals for new clients
- Generating new applicants by cold calling and responding to advertising enquires
- Build-up, monitor and maintain Referral Groups
- Attend open for inspections/display suits
- Attend developer and product meetings
- Maintain Propertybase CRM with progress
The successful candidate will display:
- Experience in off-the-plan residential sales
- Professional selling skills with a consultative selling style
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Suite
- Drive and passion to succeed
- Exposure to Referral Groups is not essential but will be highly regarded
