We have a great opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join our client, a leading provider of energy efficient solutions. This role will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support as well as stakeholder management throughout various project implementations. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and highly-organised individual to join a social, supportive and high-performing team.

As the Project Administrator, you will support the team in the following areas:

  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure scope of works is fully understood
  • Coordinating stock and labour allocation, equipment hire and technical requirements
  • Provide a single point of contact for all stakeholders, both internal and external, relating to the delivery of all assigned projects
  • Coordinating all project elements during course of projects
  • Ensuring all project data and job statuses are maintained in accordance with agreed processes and SOPs, including on the CRM
  • Ensuring project delivery is achieved in accordance with agreed KPIs and time frame
  • Coordinating return of all project documentation in accordance with established processes and SOPs

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a project management setting, excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability prioritise tasks and workflow. In addition, you will possess the following:

  • Prior experience in Administration and/or project management
  • Solid level of computer literacy, with an ability to utilise MS Office and Scheduling software
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities with excellent attention-to-detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
