Are you a Sales professional ready to take the next step in your sales career?  Join an innovative Australian Owned Management Consultancy who specialise in learning and cultural transformation, utilising creativity to apply the best solutions for their clients’ needs, including tools such as apps, custom-built learning environments, bespoke films and even virtual reality.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, engaging, sales driven professional who likes to have a laugh at work! You’ll also need to have the confidence to get on the phone and engage with prospective clients, have the ability to translate clients’ needs into proposals and the smarts to research & identify new business opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will be to;

  • Generate new business opportunities via phone and email engagement
  • Secure and attend client meetings with a member of the senior sales team
  • Create professionally written and precise client proposals, sales and marketing documentation
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in learning and culture
  • Contribute to the continuous innovation, improvement and creativity within the business

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a business development role, confidence to cold call and engage with prospective clients, strong researching & lead hunting skills, excellent writing skills for emails and proposal development, demonstrated capacity to exceed targets, strong analytical skills, attention to detail as well as the ability to adapt communication skills to different audiences, a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others in an open and collaborative team with exceptional time management and organisational skills.

Previous exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM, experience in project management, management consulting and/or learning and development will be highly regarded but not essential.
