Our client is a national provider of general insurance brokerage services across Australia servicing over 23,500 members across the building and construction industry, delivering Insurance solutions for Construction, Home Warranty, Trades and Surety Bonds.

Reporting to the SME Team Leader, you will manage a portfolio of SME construction clients, including;
- Claims Management (own the end to end process)
- Account growth and new business development
- Attend industry events and trade shows
To be successful in the role you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong commercial negotiation and organisational skills, a strong client service focus, a solid work ethic and be open to learning and developing your career.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of Construction Insurance, Winbeat and Office Tech experience and Tier 1 (Broking) Compliance or industry experience. Alternatively, we will consider individuals with a keen interest in starting their career in Broking with full funded training provided! All you need is a positive work ethic, strong communication skills and willingness to learn. School leavers will be considered.
