Our client, who delivers both direct and referred exclusive sales to developers of off-the-plan apartments in the Melbourne Market place is seeking a Sales Consultant based at their South Melbourne office.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the role of the Sales Consultant is responsible for the sales budget of off-the-plan apartments and other real estate products as well as the maintenance of existing and future databases on clients and potential clients and the generation of new qualified applicants through cold calling and responding to advertising enquiries. You will also use the existing and procured databases as an analytical tool and referral pool coupled with use of market intelligence to grow lead generation to budgeted levels.

Your duties will include:

  • Achieving sales of off the plan and completed apartments and townhouses

  • Making Telephone calls to existing clients for the purpose of building relationships and securing referrals for new clients by filling the referral pool.

  • Maintaining up to date and accurate information on the database of all current clients and all leads.

  • Interacting with current clients to cultivate new leads

  • Gathering market intelligence information on competitive products and cross selling opportunities.

  • Attending open for inspections and display suites

  • Following up clients where further documents, information, payments are required

  • Ensuring all lead generation is logged, updated and communicated and the CRM database is updated daily, setting tasks and appointments.

The ideal candidate will have off-the-plan sales experience, proven capabilities in high-level selling, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, solid computer skills as well as be a target driven individual that can self-manage, and thrives in an autonomous role.
